"Support was way too slow when I needed help"
I had a frustrating experience with support because it took them days to get back to me, and by the time they replied, I still didn’t really feel like my issue was fully handled. It was one of those situations where you keep checking your email, refreshing the chat, waiting for an update, wondering if someone is actually looking into it, and nothing really happens. I’ve had support teams before that at least send a quick “we’re checking on this” message, or give a timeline, or follow up with a real fix, but here it just felt like I was kind of left hanging. If you need help with something simple, like a quick question, a billing issue, a login problem, or even just clarification on how something works, waiting days makes the whole thing feel a lot more stressful than it needs to be.

I did end up getting my tickets and they were legit, so it wasn’t a complete disaster. But the whole process felt like it works when it wants to. The wait was stressful, updates were slow, and I kept having to check over and over just to feel like something was happening. For what I paid, I expected way better communication. It worked out in the end, but I’d be cautious using it again...

The seats were pretty much exactly as shown, and the view matched what was advertised. I appreciated that there were no surprises, though I guess I was still hoping it might feel a little better in person.

I had to cancel my order and I’ll be honest, after reading some mixed things online I was kind of nervous, but anyway support got back to me the next day and explained how the refund would work. The money showed up again about a week later. Not exactly lightning fast, but it was handled fine in the end

My tickets came through much faster than I thought they would, which was a nice surprise. I didn’t have to chase anyone or sit there worrying, and everything felt straightforward. it’s how this kind of thing should be handled, clear, fair, and stress-free. Happy with the experience overall.

I really appreciated that the price was clear from the start. I paid exactly what was shown, with no random fees popping up at checkout. Those kinds of surprises are totally preventable, so it was nice not having to deal with them

"No refunds"
Order No. 172592 After purchasing two tickets for a tennis match on seatsnet.com, I never received them. I have been waiting 16 months for a refund of 460 euros. I know that reliable sites like viagogo.com and stubhub.ie refund their customers. On seatsnet.com, this guarantee does not exist. I will delete this review if I ever receive a refund. In the meantime, I strongly advise against this site.
