If you need help with something simple, like a quick question, a billing issue, a login problem, or even just clarification on how something works, waiting days makes the whole thing feel a lot more stressful than it needs to be.

I did end up getting my tickets and they were legit, so it wasn’t a complete disaster. But the whole process felt like it works when it wants to. Order No. 172592 After purchasing two tickets for a tennis match on seatsnet.com, I never received them. I have been waiting 16 months for a refund of 460 euros. I know that reliable sites like viagogo.com and stubhub.ie refund their customers. On seatsnet.com, this guarantee does not exist. I will delete this review if I ever receive a refund. In the meantime, I strongly advise against this site.
